- Check-in time is 12.00 and check out time is 11.00 hrs. Early check-in & late check-out subject to availability
- Guaranteed day use between 09.00 hrs 16.00 hrs will be charged at 50% of published tariff, subject to availability. Guaranteed late check-out beyond 16.00 hrs will be charged one nights' room rate
CHILD & INFANT POLICY
Infants and children below the age of 5 years will be complimentary on the adult meal plan without any extra bed. If an extra bed is required, then the above extra person rates apply.
ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY:
- Luxury Villa: Max. 3 adults (or) 2 adults + 2 children. Max. 1 extra bed.
- Deluxe Room: Max. 3 adults (or) 2 adults + 2 children. Max. 1 extra bed
- Standard Room: Max. 2 adults
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Payments may be made by VISA and MasterCard. Payments may also be made to our bank account in Madurai or by cheque payable at par / demand draft.
- For cancellations received 30 days or more 100% refund; 7 days or more 50% refund; less than 7 days in advance of arrival no refund
- No refund for cancellations on bookings from 20 Dec ‘10 to 10 Jan '11.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
